• Martial Arts & Fitness – Boxing, grappling, kickboxing, MMA, speed & strength training

• Mentorship – Weekly group team talks and 1-on-1 coaching

• Service & Growth – Community projects and enrichment opportunities

 Goal: Emotional Regulation, Physical Health
Students grow in their ability to manage emotions, make wise decisions, and respond to challenges with self-control. Also, establish positive habits to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social health.

Leading by serving

Learning that real leadership means serving others.

  • Join service projects that help the community

  • Support and encourage younger students

  • Celebrate what it means to lead through service

 Goal: Community Engagement Through Service
Students experience leadership by participating in service opportunities on a regular basis during the semester, learning the value of sacrificial leadership.

These two measures are what make Embody unique: discipline that builds strength, and service that builds leaders.
